About Hope Homes
Hope Homes, Inc. was Founded...
In 1996 by Beth Fisher and Wick Hatch, and with its establishment a new standard for quality, transitional recovery residences was realized. Beth and Wick met in the rooms of AA, and discovered they shared a dream of providing affordable, safe homes for men and women to live and heal in during the early recovery process.
Hope Homes was Created...
At a time where treatment stays were shortening as managed care dictated length of stay. Beth and Wick saw a need to facilitate the learning of healthy life skills, as people were leaving treatment with knowledge, but little practical experience. In addition, Wick and Beth felt strongly that a primary healing agent in recovery is a sense of community, and the ability to access it. A core value of our program is the facilitation of community involvement for the individual resident, both within the immediate Hope Homes group, and the utilization of resources in the community at large.
