Minimum education and experience
BA, CAC preferred
Training/Experience with addicted population, men's issues, young adult issues
Qualified candidate will be able to perform in the following areas:
- Individual and group counseling
- diverse life skills groups
- Job search skills groups
- Facilitate 12-Step work (AA/NA/CA)
- Conflict management
- Relapse prevention
- Be able to facilitate community development
- Be comfortable with family outreach and counseling
- Be an enthusiastic leader
- Be receptive to individual supervision and strong team collaboration
- Collaborate with referral sources and collateral providers
- Provide clear documentation, assessment, and goal setting
- Candidate must be adaptable and have initiative to allow for a somewhat flexible work schedule and alternating on call
