Hope Homes Collegiate

The Hope Homes Collegiate program offers a wide variety of tools to guide and support the recovering college student in the attainment of recovery skills.

Hope Homes Collegiate offers:

  • Full support in the application, enrollment, and course selection at an accredited higher education institution in the local area (online coursework is discouraged). Program also provides study skills assistance plus other activities related to success in the academic environment.
  • A progressive Level System leading to attainment of recovery, academic and life goals.
  • 12-Step Recovery Support and integration into the recovery community.
  • Professional, experienced staff knowledgeable in issues specific to the collegiate demographic.
  • Assistance and accountability in utilizing community support systems such as therapists, psychiatrists, doctors and dentists, etc.
  • Average program stay is 9-12 months and includes two semesters or three quarters of education.
  • Random, professional and supervised drug-screening provided at least 3 times per week.
  • Specialized programs providing activities geared toward Recovery and Life Skills development specific to the collegiate demographic.

  • Weekly Job Preparedness Workshop
  • Community Activities that teach the value of 'sober fun' in recovery

  • Community Service Project

Collegiate Living Environment:

  • On-site professional staff available 24/7.
  • Private, gated-community with fitness center, swimming pool and walking trails, accessible to public transportation.
  • Location is in close proximity to recovery resources and all higher education institutions.
  • No more than two residents per bedroom, separate living and dining areas.
  • Laundry facilities in each residence.
